Terms and conditions
The terms that apply to this website and to the DeepHealth AI platform.
Last updated: September 2026
These terms apply to this website and to the DeepHealth AI platform operated by DeepScience Tech Pvt Ltd, Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
This website
The pages here describe the DeepHealth AI platform and the services around it. Nothing on this website is an offer, a quotation or a contract. The agreement signed with DeepScience Tech Pvt Ltd governs what is supplied, at what service level and on what commercial terms.
Module descriptions
Module pages describe the platform as it stands. Some capabilities are configured per site and some depend on the equipment, network or third-party services you already run. What applies to your hospital is confirmed in writing during scoping, before anything is committed.
Clinical responsibility
DeepHealth AI supports clinical work; it does not practise medicine. Prescribing, diagnosis, treatment and every other clinical decision remain with the treating doctor and the hospital. Safety features such as allergy and interaction alerts are aids, not substitutes for clinical judgement.
Licence and use
- Licences are granted to the named organisation for its own operations.
- You may not resell, sublicense or provide the platform as a service to another organisation without a partner agreement.
- You are responsible for keeping user accounts and credentials within your own staff.
Intellectual property
The DeepHealth AI software, its interface, documentation, this website and the DeepHealth AI and DeepScience Tech marks remain the property of DeepScience Tech Pvt Ltd. Your data remains yours.
Availability and support
Response times, uptime commitments, backup schedules and escalation paths are set out in your support or AMC agreement. Where the platform runs on your own hardware, availability also depends on that hardware and your network.
Liability
Our liability is limited as set out in the signed agreement. We are not liable for losses arising from hardware, network or third-party services outside our control, or from use of the platform contrary to the agreement or to clinical judgement.
Governing law
These terms and any agreement are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana.
